We now ship to European countries as well as the UK, the easiest way to find an accurate shipping cost is to use the shipping calculator on the 'My Basket' page - just put in your country and postcode (postcode is not required for European destinations) and the system will calculate your shipping accurately. We have also tried to show approximate shipping costs on this page, however, the cost is dependent on the weight and value of your order (sometimes its free!) so it is a little difficult to show all variations here. For EU destinations delivery starts at £14.50. For UK destinations guide prices are below:

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and elsewhere, please contact us on +44 (0)191 4913299 (or 0800 074 6735 if you are in the UK) and we will find out the best delivery option for you. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up. Alternatively, you can specify up to five delivery addresses from your 'My Account' page (and select the required address on step one of check out) so you can arrange for delivery to a work or alternate address in the event that you are not at home during the expected time of delivery. It is possible to specify a safe place to leave your order, however, we do not recommend this and cannot be held liable for any orders left which subsequently go missing. Please include your 'safe place' in the comments section of the check out form and we will add this to your delivery instructions. Once dispatched delivery is usually overnight, however, some areas of the UK may take a little longer. Saturday and time specific deliveries must be arranged with our customer services and will incur an additional charge. In the unlikely event that any products on your order are out of stock, we will call you using the contact number given to discuss alternatives. Please make sure that the contact number is kept up to date otherwise this will delay delivery of your order. ReturnsWhilst we hope that you will receive your order in perfect condition, if your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 3 days by phone (0800 074 6735) or email using the email system on the contact us page. Please quote your order number. Please then retain the complete order until we ask you to return the goods, for a full refund of all charges incurred. In the unlikely event that you change your mind and would like to cancel please inform our customer services by telephone, quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, please call our customer services within 7 days to inform them of your wish to cancel and return the undamaged goods in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
